B-Corp, Recycling, Sustainability
Our coconut oil is made with thoughtfully sourced coconuts from the Philippines, and our partnership with our almond supplier helps support pollinators, which play a critical role in our food system by planting native plants on almond orchards.
We are committed to sourcing ingredients that do good for people and the planet. Through EARTHDAY.ORG, we are a sponsor of The Canopy Project. In Madagascar, the source of our vanilla, our goal is to reduce poverty and lift up communities as well as rehabilitate degraded forest ecosystems. By planting thousands of clove and coffee trees, we can help create jobs, income, and have a positive impact on the environment. These initiatives will help positively impact the economy by cultivating valuable crops as well as alleviating community challenges of selling and distributing them. The tree-planting project will also help stabilize the landscape to control erosion, increase groundwater retention, create habitat for endangered species and offset carbon emissions. It’s only the beginning. We will continue to explore ideas and partnerships that make a positive impact on the people and places where our ingredients grow.
